Welcome to Spiritual Intent. Congratulations on your decision to seek spiritual development. This questionnaire is designed to test your spiritual awareness and knowledge. We hope you enjoy the experience and are able to learn and grow from it.

This questionnaire is the outcome of the work by two traditionally trained mediums, Ian & Pearl Rogers, who have a combined experience of 50 years in this field. Ian & Pearl are guided by their own spiritual teacher, who when last on earth was an American Indian called Crazy Horse, a Chief in the Sioux Tribe. Crazy Horse has been working with them for in excess of twenty years and oversights all of their work, including the considerable amount of time they devote to teaching mediumship to others.

Crazy Horse works with the spiritual teacher of Pearl, Dr Kristian Fredrich Samuel Hahnemann, who when last on earth was an Apothecary, Medical Doctor and founder of the Science of Homoeopathic Medicine.

For a long period of time, Crazy Horse has told Ian & Pearl that his work with them will expand and he has now determined that the time is right. This questionnaire has been delivered to them verbatim, jointly by Crazy Horse and Kristian. There has been no human intervention in this questionnaire. It is intended as a vehicle for people to assess their spiritual knowledge and understanding.

Through Ian & Pearl, Crazy Horse desires to bring a wider spiritual knowledge to the world and this is one of his ways.
