When last on earth Crazy Horse was an American Indian of the Sioux Tribe, of which he became Chief. In spirit his role is as a guide of Ian Rogers with whom he has been working for over 20 years.

With Ian, Crazy Horse performs the role of his spiritual teacher and the teacher of all those Ian works with spiritually and whilst he works exclusively with Ian, he does provide oversight and assistance to all of the Sphinx Spiritual students.

When on earth Crazy Horse was appalled at the actions of White Man, specifically the American Government, in deciding to take the Indian land from them so as to remove gold from the land and to settle for farm land. He found dealing with White Man difficult due to the deceit that was undertaken in their dealings with the Indian nation.

Crazy Horse came to realize that the method being used by White Man to overthrow his people, was to erode and eventually destroy their culture and eventually their entire spiritual belief systems that had been developed over centuries. He decided that this was unacceptable and that the Indian nation had to fight to the end to preserve their culture and spiritual beliefs. In order to do this he brought together the different tribes to stand as one.

As a spiritual teacher, Crazy Horse is honest, strong and direct, bringing forward a great passion into his work. He is also extremely wise and explains issues in such a way that anyone listening can understand. He believes that knowledge is the key to making informed choices and is a great teacher of spiritual values and their application to daily life. As a result of his teaching, the work of Ian & Pearl Rogers bears these traits.
