Following completion of the questionnaire, Business owners are debriefed on the outcomes and where deficiencies are shown tailored training sessions can be provided to help change the behaviour to be more in line with the spiritual value that is deficient.

This questionnaire is unique and very accurate. It will allow a business owner to view change in their organization through the prism of spiritual values. Whilst challenging, it will positively change the organization culture from that point forward.
